Terms of Use — Outsy

Short version: Outsy helps you plan a night out. Use it responsibly, follow the law and venues' own rules, and remember that opening hours, availability and details can be wrong — always confirm with the venue. Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription billed by Apple.

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Outsy (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and these Terms.

3. What Outsy does (and its limits)

Outsy extracts place names from links and screenshots you provide, matches them to real venues using Apple Maps, and generates a suggested route and schedule. This information is provided "as is" and for convenience only. Venue details — names, locations, opening hours, prices, availability, age and entry policies — may be inaccurate or out of date. Always verify directly with the venue before you go. You are responsible for your own choices, travel, and conduct.

4. Acceptable use

Use the App lawfully and in line with the terms of any third-party services whose links you import (e.g. TikTok, Instagram).
Do not misuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the App or our proxy service.
Only drink responsibly and follow all local laws; Outsy does not encourage excessive or underage drinking.

5. Subscriptions (Outsy Pro)

Outsy offers an optional auto-renewable subscription ("Pro"). Pricing and billing period are shown in the App before you purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renew, in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Purchases are subject to Apple's Media Services Terms.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its design, and its content (excluding third-party place data and content you import) are owned by N5 Labs and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or branding.

7. Disclaimer of warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, N5 Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss arising from your use of the App or reliance on venue information it surfaces.

9. Changes & termination

We may update the App and these Terms over time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend or discontinue the App at any time.
